After completing your needs analysis, you’ll receive your custom sprint or strength plan — fully designed by Phosfit coaches.

Online Coaching Program — Ongoing support with plan adjustments as you progress

One-Off Training Plan — A one-time, fully personalized program delivered straight to your inbox

In-Person Coaching — Train face-to-face with Phosfit coaches for hands-on guidance and feedback
Train independently at home, at the gym, at the track, or work directly with a coach with a plan specifically tailored to your goals, your schedule, and your training environment.
We design your program based on the equipment and space you have access to whether that’s a fully equipped gym, a local track, or just bodyweight and bands.
